Many people claim they want to make money online, but when I tell them they need to create their own product to make more greens, they cringe. They don't want to learn how to do it. Well, quite frankly, if you're not willing to gain new skills or even work, then you're not going to make much money online.

1. Find the gaps in your niche market, problems that need to be solved and solutions that are urgently sought after. Perhaps they are looking for ways to make more money from their investments. Perhaps they want to lose that last 5 pounds. Whatever the problem is, you want to find them and create products that provide the solutions. Survey people in your target market online to find out what problems they have and what solutions they seek.
2. Now it's time to create your products. Once you know right on what problems your market is having, you can design solutions that will solve them in the form of content-packed information products like ebooks or video tutorials. Creating an ebook is relatively simple. All you need is a word processor and you can go to Adobe's website and convert your document into a PDF format for free. But keep in mind that your products have to have a unique angle if they are to be successful in the market place.
3. Test your product's profitability in the market place before you roll it out. You can conduct a small marketing campaign to a portion of your subscribers list or you can set up a small pay per click campaign. Whatever it is, you will want to test whether your product converts before you roll it out fully. Then when you do, you will make more money.
