Well First of all go to http://blogger.com now here you can see many of confusing thing but don't worry its simple and easy as yahoo mail or hotmail.com here you'll see the link with red arrow showing the link in text format named Create your blog now
when you click on it you 'll see a page asking for your E.mail adress and password after putting E.mail adress and your passwod you'll fine the another blank field asking you name to show on your account and the varification code that you can find on down side of the field.after completing the those thing click to the check mark asking about your Acceptance of Terms then Click to the button of continou .

if you left any of the field blank you might not proceed for the next step.
